Tracy is a somatic sex educator who invites students on a conscious journey home into their bodies and to themselves. 

 

She teaches that our sexuality is a powerful source of creativity, healing and joy, and that cultivating erotic energy and enhancing pleasure expands possibilities in all areas of our lives. Sexual vitality brings more ease and aliveness into the body, and opens the way to more authentic relationships with self, others and the world.

 

Sessions with Tracy are client-centred and collaborative, incorporating a variety of body-based coaching about sex including breathwork, body awareness, boundary-setting, communication, anatomy, sensate focus, massage, erotic trance and Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Resolution.
