Tracy is a lifelong teacher and learner who believes that life is supposed to be fun. She loves bodies and the people who live in them, and she knows that only when we are truly at home in our bodies can come to know our divine, whole selves.

 

Tracy believes in the dignity and worth of all people, and understands that loving ourselves it the path to the freedom, joy and love we are all looking for.

 

She is a Certified Somatic Sex Educator and Sexological Bodyworker and has taught workshops in many body-based modalities including prenatal classes, fitness, sacred dance, singing in community, meditation and journaling.

Tracy is a past president of the Somatic Sex Educators Association, adjunct faculty for the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education and a Certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner
