6-week Embodiment Circle for Women
with tracy montgomery

This 6-week Embodiment Circle is an opportunity

to come home to yourself and your body in a supportive community.

Through thoughtful conversations, gentle somatic practices, writing, song and art,

we’ll explore who we are and how we want to show up in the world.

We’ll look at body image, cultural expectations and the systems of oppression that have been designed to keep us disconnected from our bodies and who we really are.

At the end of the series, you will have a deeper relationship with yourself and your body,

and a series of somatic practices and skills to support your embodied growth.

Everyone over the age of 18 who self-identifies as a woman is welcome.

Participants should feel resourced enough to sit in the discomfort that can show up

when we are in a learning space. Please come prepared to attend the full series

with an open mind and heart, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Move, hydrate and resource yourself as needed

Don't do anything you don't want to do.

2. Confidentiality

Please share only your own experience outside the room.

2. All feelings are welcome

You do not need to justify or explain emotional processes.

Hold others’ feelings with compassion rather than fixing.

3. Share with intention & Listen with attention

Use “I” statements. Bring awareness to power, privilege, and care.

4. Respect names and pronouns

Approach everyone with curiosity and avoid assumptions about identity or lived experience.
